Hello all, been reading the pages for quite a while now and am seriously contemplating buying a chimaera but i cant seem to find any info on dealers or independants in the notts area. Has anyone got any advice or good experiences? Anything would be appreciated, cheers Jordang.

Hi there, I drive a red '98 4.0 Chim and live in Nottingham. It's a cracking car and I would urge you to get one!! I don't really know much about the local dealers or garages because I spend a lot of time in London and Brighton so use Austec. I've not seen any other Chims in my time up here (a couple of months or so) but believe there to be one or two knocking around! I saw a fella in a nice Tuscan the other week (hello if you're reading this by the way) but am still waiting to exercise my waving arm up here Give me a shout if you want a peek or a spin some time, Simon

There are several Chimaeras and other tvr's in and around Nottingham. Try going to the next East Midlands TVRCC monthly meet, and talk to some of the owners. James Aggar will almost certainly be there.

A north Notts Chimaera owner here
You've just missed the last monthly regional meeting at Lowdham but you'd be more than welcome at any of our meets out and about around the region, your next chance to see a large number of all TVR's is to go along to Donington this coming weekend for Tuscan/GT racing
