ive heard some scary things about car giant, but then ive had some good things too, i guess its random luck if you get a decent car or not.
but a low mileage ghia x mondeo at 3299?? has to be something wrong surely?

they say its got service history. but then they could have just made the whole thing up, serviced the car themselves and stamped it. they seem big enough to do nasty things like that.

Price looks normal to me?? 2004 car with crap engine.

It's about it's money. They wouldn't have paid any more than £2500 for it.

The price seems about right... its only a 1.8 Mondeo.

its not a saloon.......
i like the 1.8 as its low insurance and will get to 80mph within 20 seconds which is fine. dont see why i'd need any more.

why is the engine bad? you mean reliability wise or something?

so anyone here experienced car giant before?

As in it will be very slow & feel underpowered, if that doesn't bother you then fine. I seem to recall even Ford's own brochure saying the SCI engine was not designed for town/stop start driving, why i do not know! & no, it isn't a saloon.

I used to work for them years ago, when you get down there the car 'will have been just sold' then try and sell you something else, anything really..
