I refer you to answer I gave on the best debut entrance in a film.
Cameron Diaz, her first scene in her first ever movie, The Mask.
Simple formula, take one hot blonde, wet for 15minutes, roll camera.
I'm sure there are others, like her bum waggling dance in Charlies Angels......er sorry I meant other people in films but that was the first thing that entered my head.

oooh where to begin
Le Mans 1971 - Full chat on the Le Mans straight and Stahler keeps nervously glancing up to his rear view mirror as Delany's 917 gets closer and closer..
Das Boot 1981 - Convoy attack scene, U-96 at flank speed, Captain and crew in mesmerising co-ordination with an awesome bit of music to accompany the excitement.
Aliens 1986 - Bishop suddenly appears behind Riply and Newt in the dropship, daring rescue with amazing effects and music 'Punch it Bishop!!'
Tin Cup 1996 - Fabulous ending as Costner tries to reach the green in two
The Untouchables 1987 - The Train Station shootout

Terminator 2 - Arnie exits the building. 'Human Casualties - Zero'. Genius.
Shawshank - the end scene, pure uplifting film-making.
Leon - the scene where he can't decide whether to open the door to Matilda. Just as the hired gun starts to get suspicious of her ringing the doorbell, the door opens and her face is hit with sunlight.

I can’t put my finger on it.
Is it the calm, normality of Benicio sitting there after everything that’s happened, or the way he’s “watching over the kids” or just the haunting music, whatever it is it always makes me really stop and think about the film and the subject it brings up, even before it’s ended.

Although her club singing scene would give that scene a run for its money

Another great.
How about 'teeth-meet-pavement' in American History X?
Way too many scenes to choose from.
I mean, Star Wars when Vader enters the Rebellion ship to his "theme" music.
Hamburger Hill when the Hueys mow down their own troops.
Terminator 2 when the T1000 (IIRC) is the floor in the nuthouse, and then forms up.
Alien when we first meet the little cutie pie, just popping out of a sternum.
There are loads more....
