More driver education needed!!!!

So I'm on the M1 South and it's raining cats and dogs - I've got my wipers and virtually all available lighting on - dipped heads and Red rear light because the spray is horrendous.
Loads of drivers bumbling among in a world of their own with no lights on at all - and in the M1 contraflow - in the narrow lane ( Lane 3 ) a bloke in a Green Foden ( That's an 8 wheel dump truck that (A) isn't allowed in lane 3 and (B) is too wide for a narrow lane anyway!)
Time to spend the last remaining pennies from the scamera fund on some driver education methinks
(P.S How many people on her remember Reginald G Molehusband?)
