Thinking about a new hood.......

Has anyone had a new hood inc targa panels fitted recently? Looking for recommndations and an indication of cost, thanks. (Gerald deserves a treat for passing his MOT!!!!!!!!!)

I am thinking about a new hood as well. The original, on my green car, was tan coloured, but had a black Renovo treatment some years ago. The back window is not brilliant either. I rather fancy going back to a tan hood. So any experience of suppliers would be good.

Nprman...? So you had a good celebratory "lunch" in the pub then?!

I've not used them but these guys have been recommended somewhere on PH before so I kept their details in my "might be useful one day" folder

I've been thinking about this for a while too. Perhaps they might do a group deal if there are a couple of us...?

A new hood is on the to do list for our S3. Not in a desperate rush but could be persuaded if there was a group deal going to do it sooner rather than later.

Sure I'm sure some posts on here about a folding targa panel replacement, did that ever come to anything?

From memory the fully fitted price (at their premises) for a new rear section & targa panels was ~£750 all in. Needing cash for the jaunt to Le Mans at the time I settled for a replacement rear window, and they also re-stitched the velcro on the side flaps at no extra cost. I have to say that both the service and the quality of their proucts seem second to none, and I will definitely be going back when I do replace the whole hood....
