Hi Peeps,
Just purhased this 1947 LHD A40 Devon with 350 chevy, TH350 auto and Volvo rear axle.
It is all steel and was an export model imported this year from Washington DC.
It needs work in all areas but has long MOT and free tax and is all correctly registered with V5 etc. I am hoping to keep this one for a while.
The "Help for Heroes" Capri is on Ebay and I have a bid. It has been a really great car and seriously impressed me with how well it drove.
I was going to put a V8 in it, but with the new Pinto already installed it felt "just how a Capri should".
In the long run the Devon will be cheaper than doing the Capri........ LOL!
I am getting on with my "3 wheeler project", but slowly.
