Hastings (and surrounding area) with kids - this weekend
Discussion
We're taking my daughter (3) and 2 nieces (aged 14 and 6) away for the weekend, and staying on the outskirts of Hastings. I remember the seafront and old town well (chippies, crazy golf etc), plus places like Cuckmere Haven and Birling Gap further up the coast, but it must be at least 4 or 5 years since I've been anywhere near the south coast.
So can anyone suggest anywhere good to visit or to eat out that's going to be suitable for the age range of kids going? Anywhere reasonably decent that isn't likely to be too rammed, seeing as it's the August bank holiday weekend, would be a bonus.
Cheers

Would they like a Medieval Festival with battle reinactments? http://www.mgel.com/
