Stutter after battery change.

Hi all,

Just put a new battery on my XJ8 and on first starting it gave a bit of a shudder, then on restarting seems to have gone back to normal, ticking over smoothly.

What do you think, any ideas?

Not sure really

Strangely enough, I renewed my battery today on my X350 XJ6 and it's been absolutely spot on. Gave it a quick half hour charge before fitting (never know how long they've been sitting around) and you can definately notice the difference; faster engine turnover, sharper electrics etc.

So i'm sure yours will be fine....I also changed a battery on my old X308, but again with no probs.
