Headlights Dimming

Hi all,

I notice when driving with the headlights on that occasionally they will dim for a second and then come back to normal brightness.

Seems to happen very regularly.

Is it the fans cutting in or is there a problem?

I have read issues with flickering headlights, the headlights in my case do not flicker, they dim.

Any ideas?

Yes,

Fans, air-con, windows etc.

No worries, as long as just a flicker, and not a dimming.

Audi's, Porsche do same.

Yes I suppose it is a flicker, very briefly go dim then come back to full power again.
