XK 2008 - wipers stuck on

Using the car today, and after one trip got in it again and the wipers were stuck on! Anyone seen this before and know how to resolve withjout me having to faff about going to the dealer. fyi, it's still under warranty.

Can't help specifically but it sounds like maybe the wiper park relay has failed and stuck in the open position.

Thanks, Steve, sounds like I need to call in the professionals! I'll try Jaguar Assist first.

Jaguar Assistance came to my house and swapped out the wiper switch pack or something. Took 60 mins to diagnose and resolve. I was extremely impressed with the level of service on the phone and on the ground. Well done Jaguar/Land Rover. I will buy again!

Me again. Well, they started playing up again. Jaguar Assistance came again and said to resolve you have to wiggle the wiper switch up n down, up n down, etc, because what happens is grease etc gets in the way of the contact points. They also said I need to book it in and have the switch replaced under warranty (a 15 min job apparently).

So, hopefully, end of story...
