help, i'm having a mare of a job with these, the sockets that the pins go in are really tight and i think i've wrecked one set of pins on a tube, is there an easy way of getting these in ?

any pointers for me ?

The end bits that hold the tubr in are spring loaded. Check they aren't seized...

two types, some ends are sping loaded as above while some rotate through 90 degs.

if the old tubes are out but the end cap is in the wrong position it may need to be coaxed round the the right lamp-in setting.

post a pic of the end cap if you're still unsure.
