LRM Stoneleigh
Discussion
Thanks for the heads up. Was considering a quick trip but obviously won't bother now and won't go next year either. Never been a big fan of Land Rover "shows" anyway - they just seem to be a few standard-priced trade stands, some dreary static displays of vehicles no more interesting or unique than my own and a lame "parade" of some description.
£12 for a sixty minute off-road course (as per the website) strikes me as an utter rip off too when there are thousands of miles of FREE rights of way out there.
(As an aside, an acquaintance of mine is involved with the LRM show so it just confirms my suspicions that he's a bit of a cock)
