Nice to see a break from all the vampire based show with this upcoming zombie series,its based on the graphic novels by Robert Kirkman,although how close it follows them will just be a case of watch it and see smile

It is out in October in the States and November here in the UK but being shown on FX first ,anyway here is the trailer thumbup(its a bit 28 days later at the start)

That looks really, really good. I hope the series is as good as this opening trailer.

This is what the UK 'Survivors' needed. Zombies and lots of them.


Now the dampener that has killed so many fledgling broadcasts.

Until it gets ruined by in-house actor bhing, writer strikes, management interference and budgeting constraints.
And ultimately killed by hard nosed rating figures. Down 1% from last week? Here comes the axe.

Yey can't wait woohoo Isn't that english actor Andrew Lincoln (Egg from This Life and also Teachers)?

Love vampires but really love zombie gore, about time TV took on the Zombies smile

It has been commissioned for 6 episodes to start with, I am guessing this wraps up book 1 and then I guess the rest is in the hands of the audience viewing figures

And yes that is Andrew Lincoln in the lead role smile

By sheer coincidence, I'm reading the comics at the moment. Show looks good, if it's anywhere near as good as the books I'll be happy.
