Just getting ready to send out the newsletter. Display cars can get in at 9:30. Main gates open at 10:00
Numbers have gone past the 300 and still bumping up.
Starting to get a bit giddy, sad eh!

Numbers now upto 348 and the weather forcast looks ok.
We normally pick up another 100 because you can get tickets off the website now.
Still some left wink

I have set up a group for www.pistonheads.co.uk and a few people have picked that area.

Hello there.
I'm just looking for tickets prices if attending without a car and can't see anything.

Is it possible or are numbers/space quite limited for 'the public'?
Cheers

Do you plan on walking there? the driveway itself is around a mile long.

On the day
Adult £7.50 (£8.25 with Gift Aid)

Is the price on the gate for the general public.

Can you not get a lift with anyone?

Agreed, I've been the only one there a couple of times. Local AMOC gave it a push and the Aston PH forum has been active on the topic.

From Chris's latest newsletter:

I will be taking willies and sun tan cream.

I didn't know it was that kind of event ! laugh

Or maybe the spell checker got the better of you.

Discount tickets for normal entry to Harewood can be purchased from CITP site. You print them at home using your own printer.
So if your not displaying your car you can still save a bit of money.

Wife spell checked it because in her words it's not my key skill smile
To be far it is factually correct, i'll be taking my eldest son with me.

Well it was a great day today. The weather was terrific and there was a very good selection of cars on display, covering many types, manufacturers and types. From an Aston Martin DB5, to an AC Cobra, to a Ferrari 458, to countless TVR's and hot hatches galore. I'll add some pictures up here soon.

Brilliant day. Thanks Chris! Don't know where else you would get to see a new Ferrari and an old Bentley, and take the missus and seven year old out for a full day for eleven quid. Fantastic! Thanks again. thumbup
