Dynamic Drvie on my 745i - Advise???

Hi,
I have an e65 745i with 71k on the clock and I've recently changed both the off side and near side thrust arms with pattern parts from GSF, only problem is now I get a warning on the dash telling me that the dynamic drive isn't working.
According to the BMW TIS the steering angle sensor might be a bit upset since the arms were fitted as it recommends re-initialising the Dynamic Drive.
I took the car into Peter Michaels in Bolton and the tried to recalibrate/initialise the dynamic drive and after an hour of trying told me to take it to a BMW dealer as their computer wouldn't do it.
So do you guys know of anywhere in the Manchester area that:
1. has dealer level diagnostics.
2. has the ability to correctly diagnose (unlike my local BMW dealer).
3. doesnt charge the earth or want my first born child as payment?
