window drop on button press - can it be changed?

I know I should know this but....


drivers side - open the door and the window insists on going all the way down before popping.
passenger side - short drop and then pop.

is there a way to adjust the amount of drop or reset the drop?

Sounds like your "window dropped enough" micro switch is knackered on the drivers side.

Window control box is telling the window to drop but it never see's the micro switch say "the window has now dropped enough" therefore it continues to drop the window for a pre-determined time and then opens the door anyway.

Micro switch is behind the door card, the window glass touches it as it lowers, or in your case maybe it doesn't
