Wiring for wipers

Does anybody know what the wiring to each of the poles for the wiper motor should be. I can get it to work, but it wont park. If anybody knows or could find out that would be fantastic.

In order for it to park you will need a live (green) to pin 53a and earth (Black) at pin 31. There is a micro switch inside the motor that powers the wiper to park if the wipers are switched off.

The pins are.

31===Black
53===Red/Lt. Green
53a==Green
53b==Blue/Green
53e==Brown/Lt. Green

Sorry to bother again, but I've just tried it with the motor in my hand and it works fine until it comes to the park it just stops when it wants, or would it need the wipers attatched???
Any thoughts, don't be shy.

The rest of what?

It does not need the wiper arm on to park.
Are you using the factory loom?
Have you got the wiper switch in circuit?

Sorry to jump in on this! Stranger to these parts!

Is the motor the same as a Mini and Cerbera?

If it is the Lucus unit it has a small parking unit on the back of the motor. It acts like a very simple Microswitch. It keeps a feed going to the motor until the wipers are parked. If this is messing about or broken they just stop where ever they wish!
