TVRs needed for Wedding Run FRIDAY 17th September
Discussion
The Bride-to-be posted earlier in the year and got some good response for some TVRs
to take her Army Husband-to-be the 5 miles from home to church on their big day.
Apparently he loves TVRs and all to do with them but does not have one (yet!!!!).
We are now looking for a minimum of 5 or 6 TVRs for just a couple of hours say 11am to 1pm max
on Friday the 17th September to meet up, then convoy to pick up the unsuspecting
Husband-to-be and 4 other guests and take them to the church.
As the church is only 5 miles away I have said we would have a little run
with the wedding party to warm the engines and show off the wedding ribboned cars.
OBVIOUSLY this WILL involve several TUNNELS and could be quite noisy.
If anyone wishes to join the fun and can spare a couple of hours on that Friday morning
then please contact me for further details.
(If you don't know my details as Secondary Regional Organiser for West Yorkshire TVR Car Club then please pm me)
Many thanks

Would love to help but sadly don't own a Trevor.
If you're short and one of the wedding party would be willing to slum it, give me a call.
Would make you all seem feeble in the tunnels though.
Dave, as auspicious founder member of the Jonty Wedding party If you're short and one of the wedding party would be willing to slum it, give me a call.
Would make you all seem feeble in the tunnels though.
you are always welcome on any of my fun runs!!!!!
Cheers

I might be able to help Rich but won't know for certain if I'm going to be free until the middle of next week. That ok?
That's fine thanks NickIt would be really good to have you along (again as a founder Jonty Wedding Party Member)
and also with another convertable
We have enough cars for the 5 required for the Wedding party
but nice to have reserves and also the more the noisier for the run out!!!!
Hope you can make it
Cheers Rich
Thanks again to David, John, Mark, Simon and Chris for joining me for this.

Rob the grooms face when we arrived was a sight to see and he certainly
knew and loved TVRs and especially the V8s.
The other guys including 2 children couldn't believe their luck either as they
got to chose which Tiv to ride to the church in
Unfortunately due to Leeds Centre being so busy as we arrived to pick up the Weddding Party
we didn't have time to take them on a Tunnel Run but managed to find a few bridges to suffice
My pics are here to get a taste of the fun had by us all

Thanks especially go to Chris Lee (now definitely no relation to me) for his ribbon making skills
to adorne the wing mirrors (well until we got on the motorway)!!!! LOL
Thanks again guys and I am sure this could get really popular and a nice sideline for us all
Cheers
