Sorry, that is a casting number and doesn`t narrow it down enough, what is needed is the number on the plastic tag and it`s colour, but usually these are long since gone. smile

Not quite true; knowing the casting number and bore (0.75" here) will get you into a Girling parts book. Mind you I've always understood the casting number was 64676310 with a 0.70" bore so maybe yours has been swapped in the past.

Knowing the casting number and bore size will narrow it down,to about 20+ cylinders, all the same bore but with different seal kit numbers, this one has been changed at some point as the seal kit is normally SP2102,a different bore to this one.smile

The 350i master cylinder is the same as the one in LR Defender 110. You can get pattern part whole cylinder assembly for about £12 inc VAT. I'm trying to remember which website I got mine from, but can't at the moment.

Cheers, Chris.

Hi,first got a PND 126 clutch master cylinder for a Landrover Defender 90 3.5 at Motor Parts Direct but the pipe connection was too small so they then got me a PNC106 MG rover unit which fitted but i had to change the arm over by cutting the new one and fitting the old arm back on in its place, works fine.I did change the slave cylinder as well which resulted in having to get a new clutch pipe made up at a local motorists shop cos the original one was deemed to be an odd size cos it was brake pipe size ie;too small
Should be straight forward next time clap
