Warranty replacement expectations?

Right, 5 months ago I discovered a crack in my Cove Hustler frame so dropped it back to the bike shop and been waiting for the replacement since.

Anyway, the frame is finally in the country however they have changed the colours in 2010/11 and as they are replacing the front half the only Black they do is Gloss and not Matt, so the bike is now going to have a different finish front to rear.

So question is, Am I right to expect a replacement frame in the same colour as the rear end/original colour, if this is unavailable should they offer a complete frame in the same colour? Is offering an alternative colour acceptable, I don't think it is.....

I had the bikes 13 months prior to discovering the crack.

Any help is much appreciated....

if they are not going to replace it, they should at least spray it the same colour....
