1995 bmw e36 328i sport coupe rear suspension problem

Hi all i have just bought a e36 328i coupe 1995 and in 2007 a full Jamex lowering kit was fitted. But as i drive it the back end bounces up and down over the bumps and it just feels wrong going into the bends. I wondered if its the rear shocks that need replacing as when i have the car on the drive if i lean on the rear end it bobbs up and down. Any help would be great.

Sounds like new shocks time to me, mine was similar until I had them done, along with the top mounts for about 220 quid, a small expenditure considering how much it had transformed the car.

Yer im hoping it will be got some new shocks today so ill be sorting it at the weekend. I hope the bolts come free without too much problems.
