My other pics are too large to upload!
Anyway, as I said, picked it up about a month ago. A few things to sort out:
Fix Air-con, DONE, needed and new condenser.
Small amount of rust on rear arches
Spoiler is loose
Loose door card, Done, required new clips.
4 new tyres to be fitted and will get geo setup done at the same time.
The car has been very well looked after, huge history file. Great fun to drive, hell of a lot of car for the money!
Happy to answer any questions.

Looks really nice in that colour. Questions as per above^
Also, as the spoiler is loose anyway, have you considered loosing it altogether for a cleaner look?
I have a 328 and would quite like to lose the spoiler for the reasons you mention. Is it straightforward or do you need to fill and paint over the fastening points? Also, as the spoiler is loose anyway, have you considered loosing it altogether for a cleaner look?

I have considered getting rid of the spoiler, as it looks like a cheap replica anyway, depends how much it is the fill the paint the holes.

How much was the geo setup richie?
Please post some pics when you get the spoiler removed!
Will do, as people have said, it looks far 'cleaner' with out it.Please post some pics when you get the spoiler removed!
Geo was £80, had it done here http://www.super-tyres.co.uk/supertyresfourwh.html... highly recommended.
I also need to give the interior a good clean and feed the leather. Does anyone know how to reattach a gear knob? Mine comes off if you're a little too enthusiastic..

After going through the unappreciated period of time that these sort of cars tend to go through the E36 M3's are now looking like a cool classic car, even better for being OEM.
Very nice, we like alot.
I have to admit that I never really liked the E36 series, but then I saw a nice clean coupe a few months ago a thourgh it looked great. Good ones are becoming few and far between.Very nice, we like alot.

I was absolutely the same, then recently I looked more closely at the coupe and it's grown on me hugely so I bought one

Update:
4 new tyres on, went for Kumho Sport ku31's and had the geo setup as it pulled to the left slightly. NowI feel a lot more confident with the car and high speeds.
Next on the list with be to tackle the rust on the arches and remove the spoiler.
Just for clarity:4 new tyres on, went for Kumho Sport ku31's and had the geo setup as it pulled to the left slightly. NowI feel a lot more confident with the car and high speeds.

You spent money on new tyres and a full alignment and are liking the high speed stability, so you're going to take off one of the aerodynamic aids that M division developed to keep the rear stable at speed?
Makes perfect sense...
