Does this GPS exist?

With more and more average speed cameras popping up on motorways, is there a GPS system which knows the location of the cameras and will give you your average speed as you go through?

there is one, Pogo? maybe? I remember someone mentioned it, and it apparently can keep track of average speed.

I don't think it builds up a "TURBO BOOST" bar at the bottom though, where you can nail it for a short time.

That would be fun.

Wouldn't it just be better to use any satnav that has the gps speed and just stick to the limit the entire time?
