yes, I used my 5 speed flywheel when I upgraded to the 6 speed... clutch, starter etc etc is different

No it's a normal stardard soild heavy cast iron one.

I had to upgrade to a 6 speed clutch... real shame as I had just spent a fortune upgrading my 5 speed one
