The Stig /Top Gear Court Case

Now i know this is far from a worthy cause for a lengthy and costly court case, but has anyone found it entertaining that the BBC homepage currently has a 'top story' profiling the supposed stig from Top Gear and why he is believed to be so?

I know one part of the BBC probably dosent know what another is doing down to the finer details, but one of the stories below is on how the BBC is fighting a court case trying to stop that information from being published!

Should'nt they check before running stories which will only harm themselves?!
