Advice on 2006 110 XS value

Hi, Can someone please offer some advise on the value of my Landy 110 XS. I bought it new from Guy Salmon Knutsford in July 2006 so i am the only owner. It has done 29.8k miles, has heated seats/half leather/heated front/rear screen, aircon, factory tow bar, and is all factory original. Managed to scratch the nearside rear side panel, but other than that its very nice and clean and been 100 percent reliable. I cant see any on the for sale board and was trying to workout a value for sale. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
