induction hose clip tool?

is there a special tool for this - or do I have to swear and stab myself with a screwdriver and pliers?


one of the hoses has slipped off its port a wee bit - cant see any way of putting it right with removing airbox end and reattaching to the port first....

Jubilee clips do a special tool that is flexible that makes doing them up so much easier. That or its a 7/7.5mm socket.

its not a screw jubilee clip.....just a clip clip!?

Bin the current clips and replace them with some jubilee clips.

Rimmer bro's have got them on there clearance section, get some nice stainless steel jubilee clips

ok scrap the above bit - found em on amazon of all places.......

if i go wormgear type clamp does...

anyone know the dia for big and little uns (am being idle and not taking a hose off to measure - I know)

I may be thinking of the wrong clip completely but if I'm right then you just use a vise grip.

Also get yourself a ratchet screwdriver with a (usually) 7mm hex drive to undo/do up the jubilee clips. Probably the simplest yet most useful tip I've been given in ages!
