Digger hire around Southampton?

Anyone know of a CHEAP place to hire a digger around Southampton? I'm being quoted £250 odd, plus vat, plus delivery, plus I have to insure it...

Can't do any more by hand, it'll kill me!

a 3 tonner for 3 days, though most of them are saying that 3 days / a week makes no odds to them! I may only need it a day, but have to plan for the worst I guess.

Could try Locks Heath Hire, (although I havent used them for a long time), Keyhire, EMT in Warsash or Adams Waste used to hire plant, dont know if they still do.

Not sure where you are in Soton though!

Adams Waste. Just use them. I've tried all of the othes too.
