Upgrading to ESPN on Sky

I need ESPN by tomorrow afternoon. But nowhere does it say how long to takes to activate once ordered, and I don't really want to spend Friday night on hold to Sky.

Anyone know?

It was pretty much straight away for me. I definitely don't remember waiting over night. Two hours max IIRC.

Yea when I upgraded it was done within a few minutes.

I think when I signed up they said it would be activated between five minutes and four hours, or something like that. In the end it was certainly significantly less than an hour before it came on.

Sitting here at the PC listening to teh Wasps game live as went for teh upgrade earlier and was quoted a few mins to 4 hours - and that was during the 1st game so didnt bother - knowing my luck, it would have come live just near the end of the Wasps game - just in time for a last minute Queens penalty to win!

Oh well...


ps - And they initially quoted £12 but reduced that to £9 when I had a gripe about being top price already - anyone got a better deal?

Yup, the rugby was the one and only reason. Although DTM and maybe a bit of baseball might get some viewing.

Worked pretty much instantly. £9 a month, first 3 months free if a 12 month contract was taken.
