If you fit compomotives make sure you speak to me first as I bought a set in March and the ones they supplied had offsets all over the place and whilst they would phsically fit the car they completely changed the front rear track (sorry Googie).... I have never even managed to fit a tyre to any other them and I have only just been sent the correct fronts... oh and I had to pay to send them back and get new ones delivered!!!!
Basically with compomotives you have to pick a compramise of either 8inch rims that are different shape front to rear with totally changed track (wrong and will give understeer when pushed imo) or 9in which slightly rub but have correct track and thus handling.
has the rear end and engine etc survived?
I have a std rad that I would sell, and a rear clip and dual exhaust/ T28 turbos etc but Im not sure any of that will be any use to you?

Do you mean my GTT? its a twin turbo V12 lol
Not exactly sure what you mean about doing something similar, its very different in design to the Noble and the aero is totally different... I have twin radiators and intercoolers in the rear on my GTT hence need for some very different concepts.
The body on my GTT is just a buck, I will take moulds and before pulling a final body...
if I was just doing mods on an existing clip I would cut out the area.. remake using wood/fibreglass and finish with filler... I would then take a local splash of this new area overlapping original... then remove the splash and cut out the rubish part I had made and then reposition the splash mould and make a proper integrated lightweight part.
I bought the spare clip with modifications in mind so am interested in what your planning, I currently have cut up all the rear chassis on mine and am doing some fairly radical stuff so I have plenty to do before any aero tho... my Compomotive wheels are currently at the paint shop so will post up some when I get them back.

Hope you are well. Always a shame to see a Noble in such condition especially such a well looked after model - clearly too much to handle compared to his previous Datsun

I will watch with interest as you rebuild and improve the car.

I finally managed to get the floor replaced and also opened up the front scoops/tunnel cooling mod etc and there is lots of details/pictures here

You can find the RTS alloys here (mines the M400 described as a M12 GTO on 18" but there are also some on 19") and here. Also I did the windows myself and put a write up on Nobleparts including where to buy the various bits - not too expensive and fun to do!

Serious offer by the way, let me know if you are interested.Currently Im doing some radical mods of my own including cutting off the rear of my chassis lol... very interested in your ideas tho on the rear, might ever do the same with my spare rear clip
