Good Structural Engineer needed - High Wycombe area
Discussion
We're in the process of purchasing a house, and it turns out the small single-story side extension failed building regulations back in 2005. Basically the foundations are 1.6M and the planning surveyor stipulated they had to be 2.1M, on account of three trees that were nearby. The trees were removed at the time.
So, we're looking for a structural engineer who can go in and give us a report. Anyone know a good one? Or is anyone here a good one!
Thanks.

I ended up instructing Matthew to help with an issue regarding lack of building regs on an extension to a property I'm trying to buy.
The issue is still ongoing and messy but Matthew has been brilliant. Just wanted to give positive feedback here.
