A friend of mine had me place this advert on his behalf, but whilst its getting hits anywhere its advertised, i've only had one semi serious enquiry so far.

I have my own thoughts on why its not selling, but i'd like some constructive feedback from the PH collective.

Any feedback?

Not overly much information for a fully restored car, to be honest, and two photos? Its not like you're paying for development and printing costs biggrin

Can't comment on the price, but I'd want more assurance that the 1985 car is in good tidy condition. My Dad had a grey one of these, and it was a cracking thing.

As already said.... more pictues & info needed

"Will be sold with a years MOT."..... does it currently have an MOT?

What about tax?

He doesnt want to MOT it now as he is expecting it to take a while to sell. Therefore he would sell it with a years test on it. If that makes sense.

I saw this and thought it looked very nice, but as others have said, too little information and photos to judge really. I'm not far away either.
Also more details on the possible p/x? Does he want a cheaper car or is he looking to put this plus cash to a newer one?

I buy the odd car, so the idea was that i / we could tie a trade in deal together if someone was interested.

Will elaborate more in the advert for him and add some more of the pics that i would otherwise send on to people when they asked.

If you want a link to them, let me know wink

Lots more pictures & much more detail required IMO.

Lovely car, looks in nice condition.

The reason as to why the car is not generating much interest is because of the limited market, most people looking to buy a Sierra would be after a Cosworth. You do not have to add too much money to the £3000 asking price to be in the Sapphire Cosworth territory.

It might be more worthwhile advertising the vehicle somewhere such as the Sierra owners club.
