Worth upgrading?

Chaps. I have a 2005 FFRR 4.2SC and am contemplating upgrading it to a 2007/8 post-facelift car. Question is, Is it worth bothering for the extra cash?

I am going true the same line of thought. I have a 07 RR Tdv8 with 35k miles and am looking to change it to a new model Tdv8 but the part exchange price is a staggering 50k which I simply cannot justify that easily. The 2011 MY prices have gone up quite a lot since items such as DVD rear view package was standard on the Vogue SE but now costs a whopping 2400 extra and so on.

Also, whilst Landrover has recovered from the low last year I think we are heading for a double dip so I thing these prices will have to come down so my decision was to wait and see.
