I have a Vostok Cosmonaut, it's a fantastic watch!
I'll dig out some pics if you like?

Only my opinion but I find them brash blingi and very unattractive The few I have handled did not seem that well made. I know they make quite a few military watches as years ago Russia would not import any watches they do seem to be quite a decent watch if you like that sort of thing. What puts me off also is the way they are marketed on those shopping channels Yuck

Vostok dodgy Russian Military watches with iffy build quality or Vostok Europe, expensive watches that give the impression the company is distancing itself from Vostok?

But your original comment of "russian, nough said" was actually pretty wide of the mark in it's generalisation.
I agree, some of the tat sold on the shopping channels is shall we say... tat (and hugely over priced!!) but it's not the norm when it comes to Russian watches. I've got several Russian made watches (Poljot "Alexander Pokryshkin", Sturmanskie Gagarin, etc) and they all all superbly well made, keep great time, and are actually quite sublte in their design whilst still being very nice looking. The Gagarin gets loads of positive comments when I wear it. It's front and center in this picture...

The cabinet is a bit more full these days though.

It's a Flemming Bo Hanson designed "Rosendahl Watch III"...

Pretty expensive to be honest but it's so comfotable to wear and looks pretty good whatever your wearing.

Just googled it thumbup

When you said expensive I thought you were talking multiple £100s, was quite a relief to see it at circa £150 hehe Never been a huge fan of digital but I'm loving that case and bracelet, liking that a lot!
