Mark and the guys at Dogcam are brilliant to deal with. Not only will they set you up with gear that does what you want, they're open to doing a reasonable discount and they stand by their products very well. Swapped out my first HD Hero without question due to rattle.

I use a 4Kam system, the same as the second one you listed.

There isn't much info on the ebay link, but on their website there is a lot more info. This link shows all you will need to get up and running with a 4Kam if you decide to: http://www.4kam.com/helmet_camera_bullet_cam_packa...

I have just the standard "ARP Original", I'd recommend the High Resolution package as my video could do with a little more quality. The system is a little fiddly in my Caterham with wires and battery packs scattered around the cockpit, but in a normal road car I can imagine it would be easier to use.

Here is a video I took in my Caterham with the camera attached to a roll bar mount: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teCfu-DDQo8
