P100 control arm bushes

Here goes just got the steel horse back from the MOT station and failed on N/S & O/S control arm bushes.
Exact words are (track control arm bushes) Bonded suspension unit deteriorated and cannot function as intended.
Have found the bush kit on euro car parts was wondering how much pain am i setting my self up for changeing them is there any snags I may need to watch out for.

easy enough job to do. just make sure you use a big ratchet strap on the ARB so it doesnt spring open when you release the lower arms, otherwise its a bugger to pull back in. just make sure you fit it all the right way round, one side at a time, 2 hours will see it done.

When they collapsed on my Sierra, I got some poly bushes and the local garage put em on for not many beer tokens. Far better than struggling myself. They have all the gear so it must only have taken them 5 minutes or so.
