Rear camber and tyres

I 4 wheel aligned my car the other day using the hunters system. Which I must say is very good. But I could not get the rear camber to come inside the correct range. Would this indicate worn rear bushes? Also even though I got all the front measurements in the green it still pulls left and you have to correct to the right. Tyres maybe?

Any ideas?
