I have just been browsing on the Guess website and there are about 4 or 5 watches that I would like to buy for daily hacks. Problem is, it's a US brand and a US website and they don't ship to the UK. Does anybody know of any decent UK dealers who sell up to date Guess watches and not last years. They are not the GC swiss watches.

Also, I will be in the USA on holiday for 2 weeks in a months time, so could I order online and have them delivered to where I am staying on holiday?

Wow, cool. You can actually use google for such purposes? You learn something new everyday huh?

I must be doing it wrong.

Seriously though, do you have a legitimate answer to my question?

I'm surprised you bothered to respond to that one Andy winkclap to you for ignoring the attitude.

I've got a Guess in my collection that i bought years ago in Florida. It's total crap quality and I would never buy another. The crown has fallen off twice and it does not get abused... in fact it doesnt even get worn anymore (the strap unstiched itself too).

Total tosh watches in my personal experience.

The missus has one. I was trying to get her into watches to help justify my purposes and she chose that as it had fake diamonds round it and looked blingy. She's happy with it. Needs a new battery but has done well over the time.

I usually get most of my guess watches in Florida. I have had 3 or 4 over the past 2 years and they get used and abused at work (Oil rigs, Refinerys etc) and none of them have let me down yet.

I must apoligise for my appalling attitude this morning. It was early, I hadn't had my morning coffee, I couldn't find my Wednesday undercrackers and I had run out of bog roll so I was a touch grumpy. You know how it is? Pat on the back from me too Andy for seeing past the sarcasm and jest in my reply to actually respond to my original question. smile

clap to you too as most would have just rolled on and hid behind the keyboard. I also had one of those days today otherwise I wouldn't have even commented on it myself.

I still stand by my comment on the quality of Guess watches. Appalling things. If you really need to buy a beater for the sort of work you quote then there really is only one answer...

look for the thread on here with "porn" in the title wink

Hey, now you come to mention it. I have an old, red and black G-shock that I bought about 7-8 years ago. I know exactly where it is. I wonder if it still works. Hmmmm....
