Anyone handy with a soldering iron?

I've just had to buy a new coil pack for the VX but the booster pack has been soldered on.. I need to clear off all the solder so that I can connect the loom plug back up.. does anyone near Earley have a soldering iron and 5 mins they can spare to help? Ta!

If you've already got a soldering iron all you need is one of these to remove the solder.

It just sucks it off, errr, so to speak. Shame you're not in Warfield or I'd have lent you mine or done it for you.

Ah that looks pretty good. So heat the solder and then use that to get rid?

Quite often about during the day as it happens. Won't fiddling with this bit disable your car until you refit the replacement though?
