Water temperature sensor

Hello chaps

Does anyone have an equivalent part number for the water temperature sensor? The one that sends the temperature to the ECU.

I have looked through the equivalent parts thread but can't see one.

It's a 90's saab part but it's over a year since I tracked it down and I don't know the number.
