Lotus. £99 "scare yourself sensible", tour of factory and drive the test track in one of their cars (and sideways by one of their drivers).

Bentley factory tour was a good day, morning test driving Conti GTs, lunch and factory tour in the afternoon.

I was invited by my bank, but think anyone can do the factory tour on it's own. Just go to the Bentley website.

How about Triumph for Motorbikes? Could easily combine with Donington as they are very close

Aston: no chance unless you are looking to buy one, or you are in the owners club
Jaguar: I've been and its great, but it was b invitation only
Bentley: They do offer some on their website- worth looking

Haynes museum is very good, you can also gift aid your entry & get in free for the next 12 months - pop into RNAS Yeovilton whilst you're there & do the same.

Mini Oxford tour, been twice. You literally walk around the robots getting showered in sparks. Tour is by two old retired workers who helped make the original minis there. Takes about three hours and costs £15 which goes to charity.

You see the cars sheets go from of metal to them rolling off and being road tested.
