Something quick, easy and healthy to fix up at work to compliment my tuna, I'll literally have no more than 5 minutes.

Preferably tomatoe/vegetable based sauces, avoiding the crappy things such as mayo!

I don't mind buying something already made up

Cheers

A good swig of 'Franks Red Hot Xtra Hot' sauce, a glug of decent Olive Oil and some freshly ground black pepper. Add some crushed dried chillis' for a bit of a crunch too.. if you like spicy that is.

what you'll be wanting is salad cream, much better than mayo.

Mix it with a can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup for an easy pasta sauce. If you fry some onions in the pan first it will be better. You can even add peas or other green st if you choose.

Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce ( I go for the hot one), Makes a ordinary Tuna Salad into something far nicer.

Thousand island dressing is pretty much the de facto standard for tuna... imho

As a snack I often eat tuna chunks out of the tin, with nothing more than a squirt of salad cream on it. Lovely.
