Unable to find the thread about these from a while back - posted links they recommended for Silicone wiper baldes - any websites you have used and would recommend?

Autoexpress did a test a while back, might be worth a search.

It does make a huge difference. I have the own-brand wipers from a certain well known car accessory shop on my daily driver and they're so innefective I've considered just sticking some leftover Rain-X on there.

A Bosch Aerotwin is the way to go.

You can buy just the blades now if you search on-line.

there are some aero style ones about, unsure of quality though.

a lot of us including myself have purchased the PIAA silicon blades and they're very very good. only a tad more expensive than bosch ones, and provided you get the windscreen super clean, then chemcally clean it with the included alcohol wipes, they work great

you do look like a bit of a nob on initial break in where you set your wipers to max and drive round on a perfectly dry day but the results are good. it's almost as good as that rain-x stuff except much, much less hassle and effort

The previous thread was PIAA wipers on www.piaa.co.uk.

They're very very good. Put them on missus' volvo and about to do mine for winter.
