Depends who you submit it to.

Appearance in the magazine depends on space and other ongoing items, but I don't know what happened to SCH - most of the stuff I have sent has been in the next issue.

I hope someone on the euro trip does submit an article, it would be good. Or maybe a combined effort looking at the trip from different viewpoints? Plus lots of photos, S-Series in the scenery, or driving along, or maybe stopover places etc.

I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for S articles - I can't write them all myself but I'm more than happy to help anybody who has a topic of interest.

Most things get printed in a timely fashion but it does depend on what we're running and Mandy tries to avoid too many topics on similar subjects in one edition although with it being summer there are lots of events. No doubt someone will complain about that but it's difficult to maintain a balance when we rely on members to assist in content production.

The article was submitted as requested via Sharon Blanchard the events co-ordinator. It was all received including the pictures by the editorial team within a week of the event but has been held over until now. There was another thread on this last month and while I was disappointed it took so long to make the magazine I can fully understand the reasons (re-stated by V8 GRF above)

Personally I don't mind if articles such as this are held back for a month or two for that reason - I enjoy reading Sprint on a cold winters evening and looking back on some events from the summer. There are lots of events on at this time of year and very little from Nov-March so it's good to hold some things back so that Sprint is a good read all year

Thanks Jim. Trip really starts on 23/9 although most are crossing to Calais on the evening ferry on 22/9. Cannot bloomin wait!!

All is forgiven, I got a picture of my car in there.

In front of the red V8 waiting for a blast up the runway,where of course I would have been fastest had I not been such a numpy and had realised the watch started when flag dropped, NOT when car started to move

Might even try the camping next year, bring it on

Just got my Sprint today - fab SCH article

Let's hope my car doesn't turn in to a 'clown mobile' again on the Eurotrip - double checking all bolts are tight is called for before I go me thinks
