Ok as some of you know I have had alternator problems, and it seems to be down to prolonged over revving of the alternator.
It seems that a few of our owner brethren from across the pond do also from their posts.
I have managed to get a spare underdrive pulley (Thanks to Dave B) which is at my local machining company.
I had thought about getting a few spares made but these seem to be spoken for already, so if any one else needs one please shout now before he finishes making them.
Will be Hard Black Anodised and around £75 hopefully.
This will also benefit the power steering pump and aircon pump.

Steve I have one in the garage somewhere, when we put one on the racecar the finish damaged the crank seal,I haven't got around to polishing mine, when you get yours anodised i would suggest you leave that bit bright.

Oh, and I never sorted out what the belt length would end up being.

On my car, when I rev it hard (7.5k +) on track for a period of time the alternators s**t themselves !
When not revving hard I do not get any problems.

Is this the same as the one offered on the US Forum?

1lb6oz/.61kg
down from over 7lbs/3.2kgs
no alt/charging problems
no harmonic problems

They want 225 USD

RobP . . . . Your not funny !!! rolleyeshehe

James . . . That's the aeropack towing eye, you obviously didn't get that upgrade on yours then, gives better airflow through the rad which equates to around 10 kilos of extra downforce on the front wheels yesscratchchinthumbup
