SPORTS CAT/SYSTEM E36 M3 going spare? Any to avoid?

Anyone getting rid of their e36 m3 and want to part with their after market exhaust? give me a bell I have cash waiting for sensible offers.
Additionally have any of you shelled out thousands and wish you didn't on an aftermarket sports exhaust for your M3?

OEM BMW cat from main stealer been quoted £1400 madness!
Oh discovered car's previous owner stuck 255/40/17 rubber on the spare wheel. Currently my rear wheels have 245's, can it take 255 or does this have an adverse effect on handling. Anyone else tried 255's on the back?
