I concur, just seen it and had to leave the page I was viewing very quickly - it came on a reply page.

Yep, every time it comes on I look for the rear view mirror to see if it was a Gatso.

I haven't seem it for a while, it was the black ad where it would flash between every change (i.e. when a TVR would scroll on it would flash).

It doesn't look as it's meant to flash, it looks more like it's been badly made IMO.

Still, it caught our attention...
