Z4M Gearbox Experience ?

bit of a strange question but has anybody got any experience with these gearboxes ?

I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that the very last inch of travel on the clutch when pulling off sometimes feels 'sticky' - mostly when cold.

The car is at BMW at the moment but they are saying that the gearbox has to be removed which to be honest, sounds very excessive to me.

To me it just feels like it needs a bit of lubrication somewhere ? - are they pulling my leg ?


- I'd really rather not have the gearbox removed if possible in case they mess something up
