Air conn not working in Sagaris

Have tried moving hot/cold control several times, no joy. System definitely under pressure, checked via charge point. No signs of leaking or green dye anywhere (Dye pack used during build) Clutch kicks in, revs drop slightly. No cooling effect whatsoever. CL is ON via POD menu

Airconn failed in last Sag about 6 weeks after I had it, same symptoms – turned out to be the trinary switch, can this be tested at all?

Any advice appreciated

If its charged and comp clutch kicks in does it run for around 20 seconds and fault or cut out?

If so I would suggest the expansion valve may have some st in it. You mention a rebuild, could some dirt / dust have got into the system?

It doesn't trip out or stop running, keeps going, no fault code. Just no chilled air!

hummmm with the fan up high is the airflow good out the vents? if so has the flap come off??

i had the same prob turned out to be the trinity switch this also led to a 30 amp fuse being blown which i was told (by the garage), was the reason for the radiator fans not working.
Since a new switch and re-gas i still get a/c fault 147 but it works fine as does the fans.
