Folk's,

The local organising group for this event, have a static display in Aylesbury today to promot the climb at Princes Risborough on the 25th / 26th of September. A number of modern cars as well as the real clasics will be doing the run, even JK did it last year.

I'll be there as a marshal, it was a great weekend last year. The entry list for this year is even better including 3 Ecurrie Ecosse Le Mans Jaguars. You could spent half the day just looking around the paddock.

This will be my first time at the run. I'll be looking only, don't think my old saloon car would "quite do it". For those in the know, where is the best place to see the action and just how early do you have to get there, coming from Aylesbury.

I'm going up in the old racer. (Car 216)

That is if it will get up a 1 in 4! Its not really meant for hills with only having 2 gears.

Really looking forward to it! I just hope the weather holds.

Err Yes - Think Transit Supervan 3 in 3/4 size, 3/4 wheels and about 1/100 engine capacity:

Well spotted - e-bay purchase that adds to the delusions of grandeur driving around in a three-wheeled van gives you biggrin

Had a look at the hill today, it looks a bit steep!
And even steeper on the way down, pluss a speed camera on the way back round to look out for.
